Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Tracking Information
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number or by logging into your account.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available.

Department & Agency Orders
All agency, department, or bulk orders are handled outside of the Shopify platform.
Shipping costs and terms will be agreed upon during the procurement process.
Special shipping rates may apply depending on location, quantity, and delivery method.

Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Certain products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions based on local, state, or federal regulations.
Delivery Issues
If your package has not arrived or appears to be lost or delayed, contact support@prevailtactical.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
Order Changes
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address, shipping method, or order contents.
If you need to make changes, contact support@prevailtactical.com as soon as possible.
Weather Delays
Severe weather or natural disasters may cause unexpected shipping delays. These are outside of our control, and we appreciate your understanding.
Made-to-Order Apparel Shipping
Apparel and other made-to-order merchandise are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful. These items are not stocked or shipped from Prevail Tactical’s facility.
Orders containing both apparel and other Prevail Tactical products will be divided into separate shipments. As a result, items may arrive in different packages, on different dates, and with separate tracking numbers.
For orders under $149, checkout may display two shipping charges:
- Shipping for products fulfilled directly by Prevail Tactical
- Shipping for made-to-order apparel fulfilled by Printful
Printful shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, products ordered, and shipping method available.
Orders totaling $149 or more qualify for free shipping across the entire cart, including eligible apparel and Prevail Tactical products.
Because apparel is made to order, production time is required before shipment. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout include both production and transit time but are not guaranteed. Tracking information will be provided once each portion of the order ships.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package.
