Prevail Tactical Items (not apparel)

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, unmounted, and in the same condition you received it—complete with original packaging and proof of purchase.

To begin a return, please contact support@prevailtactical.com. In your email, include your full name, shipping address, phone number, order number, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions and a return shipping address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@prevailtactical.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on custom products, special orders, or modified equipment. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us prior to purchase.

Agency & Department Purchases

All agency, department, or bulk orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. Agencies interested in evaluating the product before purchase should contact us for test and evaluation options.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. For the fastest service, return your item (once approved) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund.

Express Limited Warranty

For OC Kit-A™ Holster and Accessory Products

Prevail Tactical, LLC (“the Company”) warrants that the OC Kit-A™ and its associated holster and accessory components will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

This warranty applies only to products that have been used under normal conditions, maintained in accordance with the instructions provided, and not subjected to misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or extreme environmental conditions. The warranty is void if the product has been altered in any way, improperly installed, or damaged due to neglect or accident.

If you believe your OC Kit-A™ is defective in material or workmanship, cease use immediately and contact Prevail Tactical through the Contact Us page on our website to begin the warranty evaluation process. All warranty claims must include:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

  • A written description of the defect

  • The complete product, including all parts, for inspection

If a covered defect is found, Prevail Tactical will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product and return it to the customer at no cost.

This is a LIMITED WARRANTY, and it is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Prevail Tactical, LLC for this product. No dealer, agent, or employee is authorized to modify or extend the terms of this warranty in any way.

Prevail Tactical disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Prevail Tactical, LLC be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages—including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of time, or loss of profits—arising out of or related to the use or inability to use this product, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Made-to-Order Apparel Returns & Exchanges

This section applies to apparel and other made-to-order merchandise fulfilled by our production partner.

Because each item is produced specifically for the customer’s order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, ordering the wrong item, or change of mind. Please review the sizing guide and confirm all product selections before completing your purchase. Printful does not provide refunds or complimentary replacements in these situations.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrectly Printed Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what was ordered, contact Prevail Tactical within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the entire item and the defect or printing problem

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement or refund at no additional cost. In most cases, the defective item does not need to be returned. Please do not mail an item back unless Prevail Tactical provides return instructions.

Lost Packages

Packages believed to be lost in transit must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. When the carrier confirms that an eligible shipment was lost, a replacement or refund may be provided.

Incorrect Addresses and Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failure to claim the shipment, or failure to collect it from a pickup location may require an additional shipping charge before they can be resent.

Returned packages are generally held for up to 30 days after we are notified. Items not claimed or reshipped during that period may be donated and will not qualify for a refund.

Starting a Claim

Contact Prevail Tactical before returning any apparel item. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when applicable. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for replacement, reshipment, or refund.
